Check out Daddy Yankee's new single and video "Rompe".


The video from the new track "Rompe" of the forthcoming album was shot in Los Angeles, California. Recordings started early in the morning; the location picked out was a junk yard in Sun Valley located in the Northern part of L.A.


Carlos Pérez was the video director for this project. Together with Jessy Terrero, one of the most popular directors at the moment and known for shooting videos for the likes of 50Cent and Sean Paul, Daddy Yankee found himself entouraged by a crew of 150 people to shoot the video.


40 dansers are to be seen in the video. The group was split up in three parts which all presented a different style of dancing a.o. reggaeton & breakdance.


The single is the warm-up for his new album 'Barrio Fino & Directo' dropping next week December 13, 2005.
