At three years of age Technician “The DJ” was already exploring the world of vinyl in his Bronx, NY home. Between his Jamaican grandparents’ Reggae collection and his parents’ popular music stash of their era, Tech’s grasp on music was strong early on. In first grade Tech made a reputation for himself by turning the class story time corner into his personal mix tape listening booth. He was soon put in charge of the music at school events along with his friend Red Handed.
